Software License Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT ("LICENSE") CAREFULLY BEFORE PRESSING THE "AGREE" BUTTON BELOW. BY PRESSING "AGREE," YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, PRESS "DISAGREE".

1. License. The software and documentation are licensed to you by the company of AptiStock. The AptiStock Software in this package and any copies which this License authorizes you to make are subject to this License.

2. Permitted Uses and Restrictions. This License allows you to install and use The AptiStock(the "Software") on a single computer at a time. The Software is provided at no charge to the user, the user can use it totally free. You may make one copy of the AptiStock in machine-readable form for backup purposes only. The backup copy must include all copyright information contained on the original. Except as expressly permitted in this License, you may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, rent, lease, loan, sublicense, distribute or create derivative works based upon the AptiStock in whole or part or transmit The AptiStock over a network or from one computer to another.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty on AptiStock Software. You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of The AptiStock is at your sole risk.

APTISTOCK IS DESIGNED TO DISPLAY STOCK EOD DATA FOR THE END-USER. THE END-USER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACQUISITION OF STOCK PRICE DATA FROM THIRD-PARTY SOURCES. APTISTOCK HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY REGARDING THE ACQUISITION, AVAILABILITY, OR ACCURACY OF STOCK PRICE DATA FOR USE WITH THE LICENSED PRODUCT.
4. Use of the Software. The software and accompanying documentation that are made available to download from www.AptiStock.com are the copyrighted work of AptiStock. Individuals may freely distribute only unaltered, Free Version copies of the archive containing the Software and all associated files only to other individuals. Organizations who wish to include this program in distributions or bundles for remuneration must contact AptiStock for explicit authorization.

5. The Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software shall remain with AptiStock. You agree to abide by the copyright law and all other applicable laws of any country including. You acknowledge that the Software in source code form remains a confidential trade secret of AptiStock therefore you agree not to modify the Software or attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software, except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction.

6. Complete Agreement. The parties hereto confirm that they have requested that this Agreement and all related documents be drafted in English.
